The bigwigs of Kannada cinema industry headed by KFCC President Sa Ra Govindu, Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy President SV Rajendra Singh Babu, Padmasri Dr Girish Kasaravalli, Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana met the Karnataka chief minister on Tuesday to present a demand list for coming out with ‘Samagra Chalanachitra Neethi’.

·         At the 100 acres land for Film City sanction for construction of houses for film personalities.

·         The Karnataka state film award for the same year should be held on Dr Rajakumar birth anniversary day April 24.

·         The multiplex ticket price should be maximum of Rs.120

·         To construct Janata theatres Rs.50 lakh subsidy should be sanctioned.

·         For face list of theatres Rs.25 lakh subsidy should be permitted.

·         Extend subsidy for 100 Kannada films from Rs.10 lakhs to Rs.15 lakhs

·         The golden Lotus award winning films in Kannada should be given Rs.25 lakhs and Rajat Kamal awards Rs.20 lakhs sanction. Regional best from national award committee should be sanctioned Rs.20 lakhs.

·         A film institute on the lines of Pune and Chennai,

·         Final support to historical, mythological and divine films.
